Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, if you are dissatisfied with your product, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and we will issue a refund of the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee to the original credit card used as well as a UPS/USPS return label. All products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and with seals intact.
All refunds will be issued 5 business days after our S&H department receives and inspects the returned package.
For orders placed in error, shipping will be charged in addition to a 20% restocking fee in order to return or exchange any product.
For product that has been damaged during transit, please provide a photo and description of the damage and email us at email@example.com.
